Return/Exchange Policy

At BLSSNGS IN MTN, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Items must be free of any odors, hair, or lint.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns for:

Incorrect orders due to customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong size or color).

Damages caused by the mail carrier.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if:

We mistakenly sent the wrong size or color.

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

If an exchange is needed due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Email us at blssngsinmtn@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

2. If approved, send the item to the return address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns unless we made an error in the order.

3.Include a note with your order number and email address in the return package.

4. Keep your tracking number as proof of shipment.

Refunds

•Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

•Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by the mail carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
