Return/Exchange Policy
Returns are acceptable if item(s) are unworn without any damage, stains or odor. Item(s) must be in the same condition customer received it. Refund are acceptable 3 days after recpurchase, after 3 days a refund will not be accepted.
Exchanges will only be accepted if the customer received incorrect item(s) such as incorrect sizing or color on our end.
Customer must contact us 3 days after receiving order, after the 3 days has passed, unfortunately we aren’t able to process an exchange nor refund. All items will be exchanged with the same order that was placed at first. Item(s) must be in the same condition as when it arrived to the customer, item(s) must not be worn, damaged, no odors nor stains before it’s sent back.
